Shipping Policy

All of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. Our primary production facility is located in Kentucky, and each canvas is crafted from 100% American-grown cotton and American pine wood. This commitment to domestic materials and manufacturing ensures exceptional quality and fast, reliable delivery times.

All timelines below are business days and are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier capacity.

1. When will I receive my order?

Your order delivery consists of two stages: processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time
Each product is made to order. Please allow 4–7 business days for production after your order is placed. This timeframe includes printing, quality inspection, and secure packaging before shipment.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery via UPS typically takes 2–5 business days.

Delivery Estimates

  • 75% of U.S. orders are delivered within 7 days from the order date
  • 97% of U.S. orders are delivered within 10 days from the order date

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

2. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please keep an eye on your email.

3. Shipping Costs

The shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page right after you enter the shipping address.

4. Multiple items in One Order

Items may be shipped separately if you order multiple products. Don’t worry if one item arrives before the others; they will all get to you soon.

Most items are shipped from the USA, so the time difference between arrivals is minimal.

5. Where do you ship from?

All products are printed and shipped from our printing factories located in different states across the US, depending on your location.

6. Shipping Carriers

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for U.S. orders to ensure safe and timely delivery. International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or local postal services, depending on the destination.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Wrong Shipping Address

Orders are locked into production quickly. Contact us within 12 hours to change the shipping address at support@covenantgalleryco.com

If your order has shipped, not all is lost! While we cannot change the shipping address once an order has shipped, there are some steps we recommend you take:

  1. Contact your local post office: Call them with the tracking number to update the address or hold the package for pickup.
  2. Retrieve the package: If you have access to the delivered address, or know someone there, you can arrange to collect the package.
  3. Reception desk: If the delivery address has a reception desk (like an apartment complex or business), ask them to hold the package for you.

Please note: We cannot issue refunds or replacement orders if an incorrect address was provided. 

9. Returns to Sender

If the carrier has made an error, please immediately contact us at support@covenantgalleryco.com. We will send a replacement order.

We will not be responsible for returns due to other reasons, such as:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Invalid address format
  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
  • Moved without updating the address
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Not collecting the package from the post office or pick-up point within the specified time
  • Temporary or seasonal address without proper forwarding setup

10. Lost in Transit / Delivered but Not Received

We understand your worry when shopping online. We keep track of every order and provide regular updates via email. If you don’t receive your order after 30 days (45 days for international orders, which will likely never happen), you will get a 100% refund of your money without additional questions.

Please note: We are not responsible for orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, it means the package has been successfully handed over to the recipient's address.

At this point, the responsibility for the package shifts to the recipient. If you have not received your package, please check with your local post office, carrier, or your neighbors, and ensure the delivery address was correct.
